Warm Mix Asphalt Equipment The HGrant Warm Mix System is simple to operate and runs efficiently. A selector switch on the operators panel allows for the manual selection of how many gallons per minute will be output. When in manual or "hand" mode the rate of output can be adjusted using the "Manual Speed Pot" dial. When set at the highest level (10) the output is three gallons per minute.

The water levels in the water tank are monitored by a 3 level switch. The high level switch shuts water off on the refill process. The medium level switch signals when water needs to be refilled and starts the refilling process. The low level switch shuts the pump off and indicates there is a low level of water through a warning light at the operators panel.
