RAP SYSTEMS

Herman Grant was one of the first companies to introduce reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) systems in drum mix or batch plants. Reclaimed asphalt pavement has many benefits. Chief among those benefits: it can reduce costs and limit your impact on the environment. Thanks to continued technological developments, there are now several different methods of introducing RAP systems into hot mix with a batch plant: hot elevator, weigh box, recycle mix drum, and stationary pugmill.

Our experienced staff will evaluate your needs and design a system that will provide a quality hot mix at a reduced cost per ton. This system will produce results that meet or exceed all reclaimed asphalt pavement specifications. Warm mix asphalt is an excellent way to lower your asphalt temperature, reduce fuel consumption and waste, save money, and it helps your asphalt manufacturing as well as the environment.

Our HGrant Warm Mix System is the best way to utilize warm mix asphalt. This simple to operate system runs efficiently and features a selector switch on the operator’s panel that allows for manual selection of the number of gallons per minute for output. If you have a hot mix asphalt plant or are a hot mix paving company, the HGrant Warm Mix System is potentially a very beneficial addition. The system allows you to save on asphalt cost per ton through reduced fuel costs and limited waste. Call us today to learn more about the HGrant Warm Mix System.
